On a weekly basis your skin goes through a natural regeneration process. New skin cells are formed, and the dead skin cells pile up - if you have a build up of dead cells, your skin may be flaky, look dull, feel itchy, etc. Exfoliation helps to remove these dead skin cells so your skin will appear bright, glowy, and flake free.
The next morning I awoke and my left arm was a bit tingly; as if I had fallen asleep on it wrong and it needed to wake up. As I slowly sat up, and tossed my legs over the side of the bed, I realized that the numbness feeling was actually on the entire left side of my body. I tried to shake it off, and went on about my day, preparing to go back to the ED for another shift. The numbness did not subside; it didn't inhibit my ability to complete my tasks, it just felt strange. I mentioned it to a few people at the hospital in a joking manner and we all giggled. A few weeks went by and I was still struggling with the numbness. It just wouldn't go away.

I don't know about you but I hate (all caps, exclamation point) laundry . Especially now with four people I feel like I'm drowning in clothes. Even if I do a load every night (which is not realistic); I'm the kind that waits until no one has any clothes before I consider washing a load.
When a customer picks up a product (a deodorant, the all purpose cleaner, the face serum roll-on), looks at me and asks but does it actually work? My first thought is, well how long of an answer do you want.... Yes!
As someone with sensitive skin it has always been difficult for me to find a sunscreen I could use without breaking out into a huge rash. On my research journey, I discovered the nasty ingredients in the chemical based, store bought sunscreens. Did you know there was another option? A mineral sunscreen.
